RAISING NOW

We’re building the AI governance control plane for the enterprise era.

SafePrompts.ai gives enterprises a protocol-agnostic governance layer for AI systems, governing prompts and decisions across MCP and A2A before risk becomes execution.

From the founder

Over the last three decades, our team has helped enterprises navigate every major technology transition: identity and access management, cloud, mobile, and data‑centric security. Each wave required a new governance model. AI is the next wave, and it’s moving faster than any we’ve seen.

We started TVR Labs because the governance layer for AI simply doesn’t exist yet. Enterprises are deploying copilots, LLMs, and agentic systems, but the control surface where prompts, context, and decisions live is effectively ungoverned. Today, organizations are stuck choosing between moving fast without adequate control or slowing down and losing momentum.

What we’ve already built

SafePrompts.ai is our answer: a unified AI governance control plane that sits at the prompt layer and works across both MCP and A2A. It doesn’t just watch models; it governs interactions before and during execution, with full traceability after the fact.

We self‑funded the company to a working MVP. The platform includes an MCP integration layer, real‑time analysis engine, policy enforcement framework, and enterprise dashboard, and it’s already processing live AI interactions in controlled testing environments. We’ve validated multi‑LLM support, confirmed both MCP and A2A connectors, launched publicly out of stealth, and briefed Gartner’s AI Governance team, which requested follow‑up.

Early signal from the market

Because of our history with TechVision Research and Burton Group, we’re not starting from cold outreach. We’ve begun our early enterprise access including leaders in the fast food, automotive, and energy space, with conversations focused on AI governance strategy, pilot qualification, and agentic AI requirements. These are existing executive relationships, not a prospecting list.

At the same time, the first wave of AI security acquisitions has already cleared $1B, and most of those products became bolt‑on features inside larger platforms rather than a neutral governance layer. We believe the control plane category is still open.

A note to investors

We believe the AI governance control plane is an open category. The market is validated, the architecture is in place, the MVP is working, and we already have trust and access at the executive level in the kinds of enterprises this product is built for.

If you invest at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and AI platforms, I’d welcome a conversation. This is a short-term opportunity before we pursue our next round with institutional investors.
